Cat Welfare is a wonderful shelter and organization that does a lot to help the homeless cats in Central Ohio. They have a great shelter that houses between 250-300 truly amazing cats. Additionally, Cat Welfare is able to participate at community events to raise awareness about homeless cats. They have spay/neuter clinics to help the curb the overpopulation of cats. Every Sat. there is a garage sale at the shelter to help raise money for the kitties. They also have other fun fundraising events, like the annual 5K in Clintonville and the Cat Welfare calendar. Visit their website: www.catwelfareohio.com for more information. If you're in Central Ohio stop in and meet some of the cats and see for yourself how great the shelter is.
