Cat Welfare saves cats from starvation, sickness, deprivation and an early death.
It also provides people with an opportunity to find affectionate companionship that they might otherwise be without.
The cars are cute, well-cared for--I don't have anything really profound to say except that it's a wonderful good-deed-doing organization.
