My friend knows the lady who runs the shelter, so after my first cat passed away we drove to Bowling Green from Nashville the next day and adopted a beautiful Tabby who had been there for four months and was on her way to being put to sleep, she became the most amazingly loving cat there is and I would definitely adopt from them again.
