Pros: Very helpful, spayed or neutered before going home
Cons: Cant think of one, they are adopting out instead of killing animals

The people at HES are really helpful. They allow you to walk through at your own pace, if you have seen a dog on their site (which is a great preview) that you would like to meet they help you find them. I just had a color and size preference and they were super about showing me around! I love that they are proactive about adoption also!! I love that!
