When my husband and I moved here for college we had an indoor dog that was forced outdoors. We wanted to find him a companion. The Lee County Humane Society allowed us to bring our dog to the shelter for him to meet the dog we were considering adopting. We spent several hours there were our dog allowing him to meet our new addition. They got along great and have been best friends ever since. It was great that the LCHS allowed us to bring our dog to see how he would react to another dog.
