Your shelter caught my eye for I have a friend that will only have border collies and hers are absolutely beautiful. It is great to work to save all animals but when you specialize I think this is a major accomplishment. Keep up the good work.

Not sure I understand why you gave them such a low rating if you think they are doing a good job. perhaps it was by mistake, in which case I believe you may be able to have the Zootoo people help you correct it to a 5.
