How shelter employees come to work day after day with all of the melodramatic and disheartening work and political b-s is beyond me. But they do. And despite all of the obstacles, there is some philosophical cliche of a 'light at the end of the tunnel' that keeps them going.
There is always room for improvement!!!! Hence the 4 & not 5.
