I own an animal Sanctuary in Florida - Darla and I have worked together for about a year. There was a dog named Sayto - when Darla found him he was so emaciated you could not only see his ribs but also you could see each and every disc in his back - he was scared of the world - screamed and I mean scream not howl if you came near him - he was a mess. Darla went into his pen and laid down on the floor not knowing what would happen - it was love at first sight as it has been for many dogs that have found their way to me. Darla emailed me and sent me his pics - how could I refuse. thanks to her and her staff going way above their job descriptions Sayto is now a 110 pound lap dog. I could go on and on about the dogs that have found their way to me - Powder that Darla kept for way too long so he could come to me who is a 7 month old blind aussie - she knew he had a purpose in life and took care of him until we could get up there. Kwatee a beautiful huskie mix who was special that instead of being dead is now enjoying life with a family - Skye another husky mix that had puppies who are now al lin familes instead of dead. Darla sets an example as to how rescues and shelters should work together and truly deserves this chance at the makeover as her goals are like rescues - simply to work togeether and get as many into homes as we can. With this makeover Darla can house more dogs saving more dogs and working more with rescue. WE LOVE YOU DARLA -

i thought you might like to know that your friends at the catoosa county shelter are wolf's in sheeps' clothings. they illegally took both of my rescued dogs that they deemed viscious and dangerous without ever laying eyes on them. I recently moved to catoosa county and my new neighbors decided my dogs were pits which they are not. I have had to move and it has cost me alot of money and emotional stress . my 5 yr old has had to see her dogs taken away because of lies and deciet. i will put the word outnation wide and catoosa will not have this false reputation they have received.
