Pros: Plenty of dogs available year round.
Cons: limited resources available.
This shelter does a good job and has quite a few volunteers to assist folks that come in on the weekends.
They have the large dogs in one area--a room for puppies--one for small dogs. A bonding room for you to visit and play with a dog. They also have cats.
I adopted my very first Georgia dog here and he was with us for 9 years.
I adopted my Ridgeback/mix here 5 years ago when he was 2 years old. He has brought us a lot of joy these past 5 years.
