Review Details
Consider the many rewarding volunteer opportunities available at Saint Frances Animal Center. Located in Georgetown, SC we are a not-for–profit private animal welfare organization serving the City and County of Georgetown.
Make a difference in the lives of our many cats and dogs by walking and socializing them, play a role in saving feral cats through our T/N/R (trap/neuter/release) programs, and by transporting our wonderful pets to adoption events. Become a foster family by opening your home temporarily to a cat or dog too scared, sick or young to flourish in an animal center setting. And help is also always welcome with special events, fund-raising and other short-term projects!

[updated on 2007-11-29 14:19:32]:
Consider opening your home temporarily to a medium/large size dog that needs to gain the all-important social skills needed to find his or her permanent home. All dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on shots. A home environment allows these dogs to flourish: that in turn increases their adoptability. Please give them this chance!
