Pros: they love the animals
Cons: not enough money or resources to do everything
I love this place! When I was in Junior High, I helped raise money for the humane society and worked at it. I'd love to see Parkersburg win this. There's so much we could do if we had the resources. And if you're looking for a pet, this is the palce to go. My parents adopted our dog from there in 1998, and she's been a wonderful pet.
