Supporting Shelter: Portsmouth Humane Society

Pros: good location - easy to get to for people out a ways in Ches
Cons: They need some help and improvements to facilities
This is a great little rescue in Chesapeake out towards Hickory/Great Bridge. They could use some help (donate time, materials, or money!) with improving facilities. They take in dogs, cats, horses, goats, etc, etc...
They could also use some more volunteers. But, it is GREAT to see them starting up and making a difference!!!! With a little more money and more volunteers they could do so much more. I hope people see this and help.
