I emailed these folks to try to get help for a FeLV+ kitty in Delaware, and they replied very quickly and gave me a LOT of helpful information about helpful shelters in the area, and were so nice. When I sent them a donation, I got a handwritten thank you note detailing some of the good works on the shelter, and thanking me personally. I really appreciated the time they took with me, both with the letter and with helping out the cat. :)
