The Lycoming County SPCA is the county’s only locally operated, full-service shelter and operates entirely on the support of its donors. All contributions to the Lycoming County SPCA remain within the county to provide services such as shelter, emergency treatment, investigation and prosecution of cruelty or abuse complaints; adoption and counseling; education, outreach and humane care. They are not supported by any other state or national organization.
