I met Jo Diebel and staff at the Expo 3 yrs. ago when I was similarly involved in a horse rescue. I was impressed with her organization, staff and realism with the situations and realities which involved aspects of this ever increasing problem. Since getting to know her, her husband, staff and volunteers, I feel she has accomplished amazing things. Her energy, dedication and zeal are truly AWESOME!
