I adopted my most recent cat, George from Orphans of the Storm. I found his picture in a flyer they sent out of animals that have been at the shelter for a long time. In George's case, he was born and raised there. When I met him it was love at first sight. I recognized him for the crazy boy that he now is! He has fit in perfectly with my other 3 cats and is my most vocal cat. He has this "fetish" with water, so we make sure the lid is closed on the toilet and we recently bought a drinkwell fountain. He spends a LOT of time playing in it. (And Bethann, if you are reading this, he does put a ball in there fairly often.)
Orphans of the Storm is a small shelter, but I have never seen one that does so much with so little.
