I went here early last year when I was looking for a cat. Each I asked to see a certain cat, the employee told me all the negative things about the cat before mentioning anything nice about the cat. I realize they do this so that one can see what they are getting into, but I was not crazy about the place. When they finally did agree to let me see a cat, it took them over 20 minutes to get the cat. They never even gave me a chance to fall in love with a pet, needless to say, I went somewhere else and adopted a cat. Unfortunately I recommend the other place over this place. But I will say, their new facilities are very nice.
