A caring place
Pros: That all of the dogs, cats, rabbits etc. are safe and cared for.
Cons: That any animal finds it's way to a shelter.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to care for the animals at our shelter. I have found the Western Pennsylvania Humane Shelter to be a caring place. The animals are cared for night and day and I find the staff to be very compassionate individuals. The volunteers are great and do their best to provide exercise for the dogs by walking as often as they can. Come rain or shine.
