Pros: accepted a kitten

Cons: poor customer sevice

I brought a kitten in to their facility. Out of 5 kittens I had found homes for 4. This 5th kitten was refusing to use a litter box and trashing my home. I had a toddler at that time and could not have kitty messes on our carpet. I had tried several different techniques to get this kitten litter trained; all had failed. The other 4 kittens were fully litter trained without an issue.
We had a brother and sister that mated prior to their vet appointment. He was able to keep his appointment. She had ripped up our new linoleum trying to get at him and to my knowledge had not succeeded, obviously I was wrong!
The person at the counter was short and rather condescending.
