Pros: NO KILL SHELTER
Cons: Need more space
The wyoming county SPCA is a safe place for many homeless animals...However the need for shelter for homeless animals is much larger than the building can accomodate.

that is the truth this shelter is much too small for the need of the community and out lying area.
