so pround to be a part of a community that pulls together. Jefferson county SPCA has more then earn a makeover. They've learn that friends and community pull together in a time of need. I'm praying for a win for the spca . And even if they don't win, we can all stand proud that we have a community like Jefferson County. Our spca has a great reputation . they are clean, and care well for our animals. the staff are kind caring loving people. 10 stars for the spca. Our prayers are with you .
