Pros: Foster program, temperament testing, clean, nice staff
Cons: NONE!
This shelter is the best in northern NY. They temperament test their dog, have a foster program, a strict adoption process, clean shelter, and a knowledgeable staff. Some of the other area shelters could learn from them, their great. They won't let you adopt a dog unless it is the right match for your situation and will be very truthful about any quirks the animal may have so you won't be surprised when you get your new pet home.
