I volunteer for this organization and have to tell you that everyone really cares about the animals. They go above and beyond to do what needs to be done, even if that means taking in extra animals into their homes when they're already stretched to their limits. Bobbi and the Strays desperately needs to have a larger space.

I volunteer for Bobbi and the Strays and have assisted in many successful adoptions. Bobbi's standards are very high and will only make the best match possible between family and dog/cat. If an animal is returned, regardless of the reason, Bobbi takes them back. Bobbi's employees and volunteers go the distance because our homeless animals deserve all that and so much more. I recently found a dog abandoned at the local dog park, and eventually got it adopted because Bobbi was able to save the dog from being euthanized. This dog I named Chance went from total devestation and terror to a warm and extremely loving home for the rest of his life. When he is strong again, he was malnourished, they would like to rescue another dog, prefarably female who will get along with Chance and enhance all their lives. Thank you - Debra
