Pros: Work hard to place animals
Cons: Not no-kill
Staten Island staff are always working hard to place their animals into no-kill rescues. They are willing to go the extra mile. We have taken many dogs from them and they will have their staff or volunteers drive them to Long Island for us. Our most recent rescues from Staten Island have been Richie, a 15 year old Maltese (he got adopted...YAY!) and Skippy, an injured Pomeranian.
