The Voorhees Animal Orphanage would like to thank all our supporters-
from the past who helped us get further than we ever imagined we could in the last contest...
And our current and future supporters as we begin round II! Your dedication means so very much. We are blessed to have the support of our community and an amazing group of driven volunteers. Best of luck to all!
The Animal Orphanage is a non-profit animal shelter whose mission is to rescue unwanted and neglected cats and dogs in parts of the South Jersey area. We work hard to provide housing and medical attention to these homeless animals and place them in loving homes. We are private and operate solely on what we raise through the shelter. There is no county or state money that is allocated to help keep us open. Over 2000 animals are adopted from our shelter each year. We have many volunteer programs in place to encourage adoptions and enrich the lives of our orphans during their stay with us; including Pet Partners, the Kitty Committee, Petsmart Adoption Days, Pit Bull Awareness Day, Fostering, and more.
