Pros: Very clean and take great care to match pets to humans

Cons: needs more room

I went to NFSAWS to adopt 3 kittens Sunny, Starr, Skyelar a month ago.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. There were no animal smells at all! I've been to others and you knew before you walked in there were lots of animals.
I was impressed by the staffs care and commitment to match me with the 3 kittens. They took the time to advise me ahead of time that they were still feral and would need time and patience to help them thru this trying time. They informed me they would never be able to outside due to their early days. The staff wouldn't allow me to even see them until I assured them that the 3 of them are going to a caring home and will be cared for in the correct way and will have all they need to be healthy and happy. They are all adjusting just fine!
If I was to adopt again, I'd most likey go back to them. Right now 5 cats, a dog, a rabbit and 2 - 20 yr old goldfish are quite enough!
