The Bark Avenue Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization committed to ending pet overpopulation through spay and neuter, humane education and community outreach.

Joining forces with the KidsnPets programs the Bark Avenue Foundation needs volunteers, donations and support to continue the expansion of these programs that help people and animals.

Our Mission

The Bark Ave Foundation and KidsnPets philosophy is founded on the idea that permanent life lessons - of compassion or violence - begins at a young age. Often a lack of positive experiences with people and animals, contribute to future acts of violence. Importantly, these violent acts typically begin with animals.

Amazing staff!

posted 7 years ago

The staff at Bark Avenue are truly amazing. They put their heart in everything they do. The new grooming and daycare building that they just opened on Main Street is wonderful! The dogs have a huge space to run around in, which seems to make those pets very happy.

Keep up the good work you guys!

Pros: Friendly staff and close to my house

Cons: none

Bark AND Bite!

posted 7 years ago

This group puts their time, money and efforts where their mouth is. I am so proud to be their spokesperson. We are up to big things here in LA, and Bark is making a treu difference.

Pros: a wonderful group in every way

Cons: needs more funding
