This is a fair weather facility as they are simply lacking the proper canine housing resources. Electric heat mats, straw, and a large drop cloth is used to keep out the wind and snow in the winter. Kennels are outdoor only. Low euthanasia rates.
Pros: Adopts all adoptable animals - low euthanasia rate
Cons: Outdoor only facility for dogs, cats kept in small insulated building
