Love above and beyond

The dedication of the staff drew me to this shelter and the love that the animals give to anyone paying attention to them by walking, grooming, giving treats or even just stopping to talk to them. From the very first day I was hooked. At first, thinking about all that I could give to them, then realizing that I was getting so much more. The shelter is relocating to a site that has 5 acres and is really beautiful. A lot of work lies ahead but the end result is more space for the animals and the ability to help even more.
Pros: The staff and volunteers so obviously love the animals and give much of their time and resources
Cons: shortage of funds to get new shelter built
