Horrible place.

I lived in Junction City 2002-2006. I was so sad with this shelter. The kennels where small and the staff person was very rude to us. We went there to look at the animals but the smell was so strong we didn't stay long. The cats all looked sad and didn't even come up to get pet. It was very depressing.
