Sikeston Area Humane Society

I used to visit this shelter all the time a few years ago and loved that the staff would let me help out with the dogs and play with the puppies. The shelter was small and noisy, but the staff was always very nice and helpful.

Pros: Wide variety of dogs and nice staff

Cons: Small facility with limited hours
