All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They clearly cared a lot for the animals. The shelter was clean and free of odor. The animals looked well cared for and bonded to the staff. They answered all of my many questions cheerfully.
Pros: Small so the staff know that animals well, very personal service.

Great place to adopt from

Pepin County Humane Societ is a very small shelter, which I've listed as both a pro & a con. Being that they only have room for 5 dogs & 8 cats the animals get very good personal care. The staff of 4 get to know each animal's personality & care about each and every one of them.
