I would never go here again.

I had to have my dear cat scratchy put down today. I've had him since I was 10 years old, and he was a kitten. I was crying and a mess (like normal pet owners who lost a pet after having them for 15 years). I simply asked to go back while they put him to sleep, because i didnt want him to be with someone he didnt know. The woman who was going to put him to sleep, was very VERY rude, and said "I put 50 to 60 animals to sleep a day, I don't have time to deal with your grief." My mother and I both were simply stunned at how heartless and cold this woman was. There had to have been a better way to tell me that I couldn't go back there to hold my cat in his final moments. This upset and hurt me as I was grieving but that was in no part causing a disruption to what she was going to do to my cat. So to make a long story short, this lady needs to get her attitude adjusted, and gain some people skills. Because I for a fact will NEVER take another animal there. So, if you have a vet and need to get your animal put down, pay the extra 10-15 bucks to have it done, so you can at least hold them.

Pros: None

Cons: The rude attitudes the workers had.
