We had one of our cats neutered here years ago. He has also been in for another surgery since then. They have done a fabulous job, and given great instructions for recovery care. However, I called there recently to ask a question about worms. They seemed not to treat the situation very urgently. The woman at the front desk guessed wrong about the answer. Then she took down my info and said the doctor would call me later. Never heard from the doctor. Glad I booked an appointment someplace else. Too bad though -- VCA is just down the street from my house.

Pros: Very nice. Very clean.

Cons: Not knowledgeable staff.
