Many successes

posted 6 years ago

Have adopted several pets from this facility through the years. The screening was thorough and the staff truly care about each animal in the shelter!

Pros: Conscientious about adoptive homes

Cons: Need new space!

Great Operation w/caring volunteers

posted 8 years ago

We visit this shelter often and make an annual donation to help their operation. We adopted our cat BC from the shelter and he has received a nice loving home. All of the volunteers that work at the shelter are very caring and provide a loving atmosphere while the pets are waiting for adoption. I would recommend this shelter for finding a nice pet and giving it a good home. I look forward when their new shelter is built, as it will provide newer, more roomy facilities for all of the pets waiting to find new homes.

Pros: Great volunteers that really care for the animals and finding good homes for them.

Cons: Older facility, that they hope to replace with the current building fund.

This store has a relatively small "pet" are, but I have found it to be adequate, fairly priced, and like the availability of bulk items.
