We are the only Animal Shelter in Coshocton County. The Humane Society is also at the shelter. We take in all animals and try to find them a home. We are not a no kill shelter. We do not turn any animal away.

...THE COSHOCTON COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER IS A COUNTY SHELTER AND A HUMANE SOCIETY IN ONE.. IT IS WELL PUT TOGETHER WITH A CARING STAFF WHO ALWAYS TRY TO HELP... THEY TRY TO MAKE ALL THE ANIMALS THERE COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY DURING THE TIME THEY ARE THERE..
Pros: VERY CARING STAFF WHO ALWAYS TRY TO HELP

Dr Butcher takes his time to explain things to you. He doesn't rush. He is very truthful. He tries his hardest to save all the animals tht come in.

The place is always nice and clean. The staff is nice and curtious. They treat all sizes and kinds of animals: cats, dogs, horses, turtles, birds, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, everything.

This vet has been in Coshocton for a long time. He is also part of FOTAS. He is a little expensive, but he is good.
