Shelter cares for animals, but desperately needs funding

When I went there to look for a dog for my grandmother, I could see that the animals were well cared for. They were clean, well groomed, and friendly. I just wish that the shelter had more money to expand to a bigger facility.
Pros: Appeared to care greatly for animals
Cons: Smelled terrible, needed more funding

I have never been to the clinic and not recieved the best of service....I've taken our pets there for years.....whether for routine checkups or emergencies, in my opinion, they can't be beat!
