Not a great shelter

I volunteered at this shelter for a while, but I would be cautious adopting from them. I would never want to deter adoption, but this is one of the worst run shelters in the southeast. Staff members have a tendency to tell you what you want to hear so as to get an animal adopted rather than disclose possible behavioral or health issues if they may hinder an adoption. Their methods of euthanasia and healthcare I consider highly archaic and in definite need of revision. They do have some super cute animals that need homes, but be cautious!
Pros: only shelter in Montgomery
