Wakulla County Animal Shelter

We took responsibility for a stray mama cat that kept having kittens. We didn't want to put her down, but instead had her spayed. Staff at Wakulla took her in to try to domesticate her and have given her a home.

We adopted our Great Dane Mix from them when they were at Petco one Saturday! The staff is very friendly and personable. They always remember our dog. A friend adopted her dog from there, it turns out he had heartworms but they have taken care of everything regarding his treatment. They really stepped up to the plate and made a potentially devestating problem manageable!
