What a wonderful cat she is!!

Pros: Adopted my Siamese cat from this shelter!

They give exceptional care to all their animals. The cat and dog areas are very clean. The animals look so healthy and happy. The staff gave us training tips, care instructions, and feeding guidelines for our dogs we adopted. They also explained dog food ingredients and what to look for and what to stay away from for the health of our pets. My husband and I adopted 2 dogs and my mom adopted 1. I am so happy on their policy not to support breeders which there are many habitual breeders in that area that breed and dump the unwanted dogs at the shelters and breed again. They do offer to spay the breeders dog at no cost to the owner to help with the population problem and they try to talk them out of breeding. This shelter is in NC and we live in FL but was so impressed by everything they are trying to do and on very little money that we want to continue supporting this shelter so it stays private and a no kill shelter.

Pros: Wonderful animal care and knowledge

Cons: I have found no cons except they really need more supporters so we don't lose this great shelter
