Our mission is to greatly reduce the number of unwanted or abandoned cats and dogs in our community by finding new forever homes for adoptable and rehabilitated animals. TAAS accomplishes this goal by targeting heavily populated cat areas and concentrating our spay, neuter and educational efforts in these areas.
We assist caretakers caring for feral colonies with spaying or neutering to maintain or reduce colony size.
TAAS is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to animal rescue, foster and adoption, community education about the importance of spaying/neutering and to increase involvement from citizens and elected officials in efforts to care for the animals.
