Wonderful shelter!

I adopted my cat Max from the Norfolk SPCA 13 years ago. The shelter is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good shelter. They have low cost rabies clinics and a host of events.

Very thorough with the adoption process. I did not adopt from here, but I consider this shelter for my next cat or dog.

This is a sweet space but small. With the construction in Norfolk now it is challenging and hard to find parking spots. Easier for someone who lives on that side of the water.
