I think the spca is the most wonderful place i have grown up there and more and more i see animals being saved. The spca goes above and beyond for animals. Its just too bad that the spca can't get more money... They help out pitbulls from other kill shelters and they have saved many from hurricane katrina!

I am impressed with the SPCA in Catt. County. That SPCA is a true no kill Shelter and the Staff has there heart in the right place taking in all these animals and givin them at chance at life when other shelter would have put most of these animals put to sleep for space saving reason when that is not an option at the SPCA in Catt County NY GOOD JOB GUYS

This is the LARGEST no kill shelter in the area and they are truley dedicated to saving animals lifes

Cons: higher medical cost

The people at the shelter are so caring. You can just tell how much each and everyone of them love animals. The animals are well cared for and if they have to be in a shelter at least here they are in one that cares alot for them.

The staff and volunteers truly care about every animal in the shelter and try very hard to find good homes for all of them.
