I agree with the above review; the organization has a wonderful idea but they're impossible to get a hold of! I've tried calling them too, and I've never gotten an answer. I couldn't even leave a message. But I guess that not every place is as lucky as the SPCA in Tonawanda--now those folks know what they're doing!
Pros: nice idea
