maybe things have changed but unfortunate for the animals I will never find out.

Years ago my dad took us to adopt a dog. For him that was a big step. The one we picked out was a few years old and had been there for along time before we went to make a commitment. The horrible man at the time was mean and demanded more money than he thought it would be and in cash.

I have now seen what shelters charge and for that day in time, I believe he was looking to pocket money. The conditions were horrible and they were not very attentive staff.

I only hope that there is all new staff
