Almost Home Animal Shelter cares for homeless dogs and cats in the Camden County area. We provide food, shelter, medical attention, spay/neuter, vaccinations, obedience training and temperament evaluation. We strive to do the best possible for each and every animal in our care and place them in the best suited forever home. We were opened as a temporary solution when a local animal shelter shut down. After two years we are still open and looking for a more permanent solution for our animals.

We adopted our dog through Almost Home Animal Rescue. The foster parent was friendly and great with communication. She even offered to meet us half way (an hour drive for her). The experience overall was wonderful and we love our dog!

YOu guys do a great job to find homes for so many worthy dogs!
You get a lot of pitties in your area and you really do wonders finding homes for them.
Good that you are spaying and neutering so many pets every year!
