Angels for Animals Network

My friend had a terrible experience with Gizala Juric and 'angels for animals' in nj. They turned out to be demons instead. After going to see the animal they had for adoption, they said it wasen't spayed or neutered (then why have it at an adoption event?) After that it was story after story until finally months later it shows up as adopted by someone else, while a child is left wondering 'when will I get my dog?'.
