Neighbor screws us again!

Once again our neighbor has screwed us out of the chance to win a makeover. A chance to better the community and make the animal shelter a place to be proud of. What he does not understand is, it was a chance to really make the neighborhood look good, not a metal building with wire runs down the side. But if that is what he wants, that is what we can afford and that is what will be.
Last year we finished 16th place and had a good chance of winning the makeover until Willard and Carol snarobusch called zootoo to tell them he was suing us and that if they let us continue he would sue them.
This year he had drawn out the law suit to yet another contest. We had the court date set for Feb 13th and was optimistic about being able to get it out of the way. But, that was not Willards idea at all. He had every intention of dragging it on so we will have to drop out of the contest. His excuse was the Judge did not like him and wants another one and he was not prepared since his lawyer quit him. He is a jerk and everyone needs to know it!
He calls the police over every little thing that happens in our neighborhood. For instance last week we were told by friends we were in the newspaper under the peace disturbance heading. He had called them to report dogs barking and the stench was horrible. First of all we do not keep the dogs at the shelter in town and the temperature was around zero and we had a ice storm. I know i can't smell anything outside when it is that cold and everything is frozen.
I want to say thank you to all who has helped us with points and has stood behind us in this shelter.
I would also like to say to the neighbor,i know you are reading this, We will build a shelter one way or another!!!!
