This is a small horse rescue that re-habs and re-homes into quality lifetime homes. They also accept cattle. This is a 501(C)3 group that operates as a foster network. The members are very knowledgable & helpful. RCER can take abused &/or owner released animals. They are selective about the animals that they take for placement, requiring that all animals have quality of life and are not dangerous. They do not take animals for euthansia.
