Much Love Animal Rescue is a great rescue organization in Los Angeles. Much Love is an all-volunteer organization. A no-kill program, Much Love rescues both dogs and cats primarily from high kill shelters in the area. Much Love spends whatever it takes to get animals healthy before adopting them out. If an animal has a chronic health issue they work with the fosters and adoptees to educate them on how to support the animals health care needs. As much information on the animals as possible is shared with the fosters and adoptees.
All dog and cat adoptions through Much Love require a written application/questionaire, home check, contract and adoption fee. All cats are required to be indoor only cats. Both dogs and cats are up to date on all shots, microchipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Dog adoptions also come with a complimentary session with a professional dog/owner training session.
Adoptions are held Saturday and Sunday on Main Street in Santa Monica.
